Create your own statement piece with bold puff embroidery — choose one word, your font, and your thread color. Simple, classic, and personalized to your style.

Customization Options:

• Choose any single word (up to 6 letters recommended) — 7 letters may fit with tighter spacing
• ALL LETTERS WILL BE STITCHED IN CAPITALS
• No spaces or stacked words — if submitting two words, combine or abbreviate (example: Nail Girl → Nailgrl)
• Choose your thread color from the chart (not limited to photos)

Limited rush processing may be available depending on current workload and project details. If approved, a rush processing add-on will be provided and must be purchased before work begins.

Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is handmade and often custom or made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Please review all order details carefully before purchasing, including spelling, colors, sizing, and personalization information. hlsembroidery is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact info@hlsembroidery.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed. Upon approval, a replacement or store credit may be issued for the affected item only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

Choose your preferred hat style for this design. All hats are snapback style with an adjustable fit, and most are structured and one size fits most. The font and wording shown in the listing will be used for embroidery.

Design sizing or placement may be adjusted slightly depending on the selected hat style to ensure the best overall fit and finished look.

Thread color selection, when available, is shown separately.

Thread Color Guide

Thread color preferences may be requested at checkout and apply to names, wording, or personalization elements unless otherwise noted.

Design elements shown — including motifs, icons, appliqué fabrics, or featured design colors — are stitched as displayed and may not be altered.

If a design includes both fixed elements and customizable text, only the wording thread color may be adjusted unless explicitly stated in the listing.

If you prefer a monochromatic look, thread that matches the brim of a hat, or would like the color coordinated on your behalf, please note this in the Thread Color field at checkout.

Some items do not offer a thread color selection. For these items, thread colors will be stitched as shown.

If you have a specific request for an item without a thread color option, you are welcome to email info@hlsembroidery.com prior to ordering to inquire about availability.

If no preference is provided, a coordinating thread color will be selected for the best visibility, contrast, and overall finish.
