For Apparel:
• Hand wash is recommended to best protect embroidery
• If machine washing is necessary, turn garment inside out and wash cold on a gentle cycle
• Do not bleach
• Hang or lay flat to dry for best results; tumble dry on low heat if needed. Do not tumble dry apparel with vinyl.
• Iron inside out with caution — do not iron directly on embroidery

For Hats:
• Spot clean only
• Do not submerge
• Allow to air dry completely
• Do not iron

Proper care will help preserve the stitching, shape, and overall quality of your item.

Turnaround for embroidered items is typically 2–3 weeks from the purchase date.

Because each item is made to order, timing may vary slightly depending on order volume and design complexity.

Limited rush processing may be available depending on current workload and project details. If approved, a rush processing add-on will be provided and must be purchased before work begins.

All sales are final.  Because each piece is handmade and often custom or made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please email clear photos to info@hlsembroidery.com within 24 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.
Upon approval, a replacement or store credit will be issued for the affected item only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit due to USPS, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. 

Thread colors, design scale, and placement may vary slightly based on the garment and size selected. Colors may also appear different depending on your screen settings. Each piece is made to order with thoughtful adjustments for the best overall look.

Each piece is machine embroidered and finished in my studio with close attention to detail. From thread choice to final stitch, every item is thoughtfully created to be worn, loved, and kept.

Because each piece is made individually, small variations in stitching, texture, and placement may occur — making every item one-of-a-kind in the best way.
