All sales are final. Because each piece is handmade and often custom or made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Before placing your order, please double -check all details, including spelling, colors, sizing, and personalization information. hlsembroidery is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please email clear photos to info@hlsembroidery.com within 24 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.
Upon approval, a replacement or store credit will be issued for the affected item only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit due to USPS, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Gift cards are digital, non-refundable, and do not expire. Gift cards may be used toward future purchases at hlsembroidery while the shop is actively operating and accepting orders.
