All items are handmade with care. Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders unless otherwise noted. Shipping transit times begin after your order has been completed and handed to the carrier.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are shipped with tracking through trusted carriers. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, hlsembroidery is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or shipping issues.
If your order is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, please check with your local post office or USPS/UPS carrier for assistance.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders sent to incorrect addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.
Taxes & Rates
Texas orders include applicable sales tax. Shipping rates are calculated as follows:
- $7.95 Flat Rate Shipping for U.S orders
- Free Shipping on orders over $100.00
- Transit time: 3-5 Business days once shipped
- We currently do not ship Internationally
