Ribbon Choice
• With ribbon — ribbon will coordinate with the thread color used for the font
• Without ribbon — for shelf, frame, or stand display

Fabric Choice
• Choose your background fabric for the set

Font Selections
• Choose your preferred font from the dropdown options
• If you’d like to include the word Welcome, it will be stitched above the name
• If you prefer a full phrase such as The Johnson Family, that text will replace the name entirely
• Please keep phrases short — longer wording will appear smaller to maintain balance and readability

Thread Color
• One thread color will be used for the entire design (name and/or phrase)
• If unsure, share a color palette and I will coordinate beautifully

Notes Section
Please include all personalization details in this box at checkout:
• Name(s) exactly as you want them stitched (including capitalization and spacing), or the full phrase if you’d like it to stand alone
• Specify if you’d like Welcome stitched above the name
• The longer the name or phrase, the smaller the font size will appear — short phrases are recommended for best results
• Any special requests, color preferences, or layout notes
• If you’d like a proof before stitching, include your email (proof must be approved within 48 hours or production will continue as shown)

Turnaround & Optional Rush

Turnaround for embroidered items is typically 2–3 weeks from the purchase date.

Because each item is made to order, timing may vary slightly depending on order volume and design complexity.

If you have a specific deadline, please email info@hlsembroidery.com prior to ordering to confirm availability. Limited rush processing may be available depending on current workload and project details. If approved, a rush processing add-on will be provided and must be purchased before work begins.

Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is handmade and often custom or made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Please review all order details carefully before purchasing, including spelling, colors, sizing, and personalization information. hlsembroidery is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact info@hlsembroidery.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed. Upon approval, a replacement or store credit may be issued for the affected item only.
