 • Monogram inside crest + full name under crest
• Choose your Monogram Font and Name Font from the dropdown options
• Up to four thread colors included
• Each banner is handcrafted, so floral thread shades and arrangements may vary slightly from samples shown

 Thread Colors

 You may select up to four thread colors:

• One color for monogram + name + crest (Color 1)
• One color for greenery/leaves
• One color for flowers
• One color for bows — or request that the flowers/bows match Color 1
• If unsure, share a color palette and I will coordinate beautifully

Notes Section

Please include all personalization details in this box at checkout:

• Full name for the monogram (standard order: first–last–middle; I will arrange initials accordingly) 
• Name exactly as it should appear under the crest (including capitalization and spacing)
• If your chosen monogram font uses a single initial, please provide one letter (can represent first or last name)
• Any special requests, color preferences, or layout notes
• If you’d like a proof before stitching, include your email (proof must be approved within 48 hours or production will continue as shown)

Turnaround & Optional Rush

Turnaround for embroidered items is typically 2–3 weeks from the purchase date.

Because each item is made to order, timing may vary slightly depending on order volume and design complexity.

If you have a specific deadline, please email info@hlsembroidery.com prior to ordering to confirm availability. Limited rush processing may be available depending on current workload and project details. If approved, a rush processing add-on will be provided and must be purchased before work begins.

Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is handmade and often custom or made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Please review all order details carefully before purchasing, including spelling, colors, sizing, and personalization information. hlsembroidery is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact info@hlsembroidery.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed. Upon approval, a replacement or store credit may be issued for the affected item only.
