A delicate floral script design personalized just for you. Choose any name or word — stitched in soft lowercase lettering with floral accents for a sweet, boutique look.

Design Details

• Center-chest embroidery
• Choose any name/word — all personalization will be stitched in lowercase
• Floral word can be stitched in all one color or in shades of colors (pinks, blues, or neutrals, ect)
• List your preferred color choice in the Thread Notes box — if no color is noted, I will determine the best match for your garment color.
• Two-word phrases (like “boy mama,” “dog mon,” etc.) may be stacked one word above the other instead of straight across, depending on length and spacing
• Name size varies depending on word length (longer words will stitch smaller to keep the design balanced)
• Example options include: mama, mommy, mom, mimi, nana, gigi, auntie, sister, bride, dog mom, boy mama, girl mama — or choose custom design and list your word. 
• Add your chosen name/word in the Personalization Notes box
• Stitch size may adjust based on garment size and length of word.
Thread colors may be adjusted slightly depending on the garment color for best visibility.

Add a personalized sleeve detail using font embroidery or handwriting embroidery, stitched on one sleeve to complement your garment.

This is a sleeve personalization add-on only and cannot be purchased on its own. Orders placed without a qualifying garment will be canceled and refunded. When purchasing this add-on, please note the listing you purchased that it attaches to in the Additional Options / Notes box.

Design Details
• Add-on applies to one sleeve — select the correct quantity for one or both sleeves
• Choose font embroidery or handwriting embroidery using the personalization boxes provided
• Font styles are selected by entering the font name (see Font Look Book)
• Thread colors are selected from the Thread Color Guide
• Optional motifs may be chosen from the Sleeve Look Book
• Use the Additional Options / Notes box for placement notes or sleeve details
• Made to order — all custom add-ons are final sale

Handwriting Embroidery
Handwriting embroidery uses your actual handwriting, digitized and stitched into thread.
• Email a clear JPEG/PNG of the handwriting to info@hlsembroidery.com
• Include your order number
• If possible, write the text shown in the image in the email
• Files must be sent within 48 hours of purchase

If no thread color is listed, one will be selected to best complement your garment. Minor layout adjustments may be made to ensure stitch quality and overall balance.

Care Instructions

• Hand wash is recommended to best protect embroidery
• If machine washing is necessary, turn garment inside out and wash cold on a gentle cycle
• Do not bleach
• Hang or lay flat to dry for best results; tumble dry on low heat if needed. Do not tumble dry apparel with vinyl.
• Iron inside out with caution — do not iron directly on embroidery

Proper care will help preserve the stitching, shape, and overall quality of your item.

Turnaround & Optional Rush

Turnaround for embroidered items is typically 2–3 weeks from the purchase date.

Because each item is made to order, timing may vary slightly depending on order volume and design complexity.

If you have a specific deadline, please email info@hlsembroidery.com prior to ordering to confirm availability. Limited rush processing may be available depending on current workload and project details. If approved, a rush processing add-on will be provided and must be purchased before work begins.

Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is handmade and often custom or made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Please review all order details carefully before purchasing, including spelling, colors, sizing, and personalization information. hlsembroidery is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact info@hlsembroidery.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed. Upon approval, a replacement or store credit may be issued for the affected item only.
