✨ Heirloom Milestone Cards 

This embroidered milestone card set includes a personalized center plaque featuring your child’s monogram and name, plus twelve coordinating monthly tags for photo moments throughout the first year. A timeless keepsake designed to grow with your baby and display beautifully in the nursery.

Fabric Choice
• Choose your background fabric for the set
• Ribbon and accents will coordinate with thread color and fabric unless a specific color is requested

Font Selections
• Choose your Monogram Font (used for the center initials) and your Name Font (used for both the name beneath the monogram and the monthly milestone tags) from the dropdown options
• The name font you select will determine the lettering style used across all 12 month tags for a cohesive set
• If you choose an appliqué monogram, the appliqué fabric will match — or closely coordinate with — your selected thread color

Thread Color
• One thread color will be used for the entire design — including the monogram, name, and monthly tags
• If unsure, share a color palette and I will coordinate beautifully

Notes Section
Please include all personalization details in this box at checkout:
• Full name for the monogram (standard order is first–last–middle; I will arrange the initials accordingly)
• If your chosen monogram font uses a single initial, please provide one letter — this can be the first initial of the first name or the first initial of the last name
• Text to appear below the monogram — this can say Welcome, a first name, first + middle name, or a family name
• Write names and text exactly as you want them stitched (including capitalization; longer names will appear smaller)
• Any special requests, color preferences, or layout notes
• If you’d like a proof before stitching, include your email (proof must be approved within 48 hours or production will continue as shown)

• Center plaque approx. 5” x 7”
• Monthly tags sized proportionally for display

Final Details
All personalized sales are final. Please double-check spelling — your item will be stitched exactly as written.

Color and fabric texture may appear slightly different depending on screen and lighting. Each piece is machine embroidered and carefully assembled in my studio — small variations in stitch placement are part of what make your keepsake uniquely yours.

Turnaround & Optional Rush

Turnaround for embroidered items is typically 2–3 weeks from the purchase date.

Because each item is made to order, timing may vary slightly depending on order volume and design complexity.

If you have a specific deadline, please email info@hlsembroidery.com prior to ordering to confirm availability. Limited rush processing may be available depending on current workload and project details. If approved, a rush processing add-on will be provided and must be purchased before work begins.

Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is handmade and often custom or made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Please review all order details carefully before purchasing, including spelling, colors, sizing, and personalization information. hlsembroidery is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact info@hlsembroidery.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed. Upon approval, a replacement or store credit may be issued for the affected item only.
