• In the Notes section, include any special details plus your contact information so I can follow up if needed
• Works best with names, short phrases, or simple handwriting
• Thread colors may be adjusted slightly depending on the fabric for best visibility and contrast

How to Send Your Handwriting Sample

You can use any handwriting you have — an old note, card, recipe, or a freshly written sample.

  1. Take a clear, well-lit photo of the handwriting from straight above (no shadows).
  2. Upload the photo and email it to info@hlsembroidery.com with your order number.
  3. I’ll digitize it and stitch it as close to the original writing as possible.

Limited rush processing may be available depending on current workload and project details. If approved, a rush processing add-on will be provided and must be purchased before work begins.
