• Embroidered handwriting on natural grain-sack fabric for a timeless, vintage-inspired look
• Faux-wood embroidery hoop with frayed ribbon hanger
• Choose your thread color using the chart in the photos — list the color in the Thread Notes section
• In the Notes section, include any special details plus your contact information so I can follow up if needed
• Works best with names, short phrases, or simple handwriting
• Thread colors may be adjusted slightly depending on the fabric for best visibility and contrast
How to Send Your Handwriting Sample
You can use any handwriting you have — an old note, card, recipe, or a freshly written sample.
- Take a clear, well-lit photo of the handwriting from straight above (no shadows).
- Upload the photo and email it to info@hlsembroidery.com with your order number.
- I’ll digitize it and stitch it as close to the original writing as possible.

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please email clear photos to info@hlsembroidery.com within 24 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.
Upon approval, a replacement or store credit will be issued for the affected item only.
